Help with my orders

Since our items are bespoke we require a delivery time of 25-30 day(s) depending upon the design and order size.

An advance of 50% needs to be deposited to book the product(s) and the balance needs to be made before dispatch of the product(s)

Cancellation & EMI policy

We don’t provide EMI option

Order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless we are informed within 2 days. If the time period extends beyond the stipulated time a credit note will be provided and the amount will be adjusted on the next purchase.

Exchange & Warranties

Ashoka Furniture House only sells new furniture. We do not accept/exchange our products for old furniture.

Yes, we do provide warranty for our products. Please refer to our warranty page for further details.

Handover, Shipping & Deliveries

Orders must be picked up within the agreed the time with our sales representatives/ store managers from the date of booking, if it is delayed storage charges will be applicable. Storage charges must be paid in full at the store/sales representative/store manager before the product(s) can be released for delivery.

We use industry standard export packing materials with multiple layers of packaging to ensure damage free delivery.

We deliver and install our products across New Delhi

Delivery charges are subject to the number of items that need to shipped and at which location.
